Hi Aliya,

The answer to your question is A. The length of a single stranded DNA is stored as a Chromosome during interphase and mitosis. In Telophase, the chromosomes unfold and return into their interphase state while a new nuclear envelope forms. The DNA in the G1 interphase spends most of its life as Chromatin which is less condensed and easier for transcription to occur.
