When doctors discuss prenatal development, they often calculate the due date from the first day of menstruation. In fact, the baby’s gestational age is calculated from the first day of menstruation. At a maternity clinic, an obstetrician mentions that when a woman is 10 weeks pregnant, the baby is referred to as a fetus. Which of the following rows identifies the site of fertilization and the area in which a fertilized egg implants, respectively?
a. Site of fertilization: uterus Site of Implantation: Endometrium. B.Site of fertilization:uterus Site of Implantation Placenta. C. Site of fertilization:fallopian tube Site of Implanttion Endometrium. D.Site of fertilization:Fallopian tube Site of Implantation:Placenta. I have my answer as D but i'm not sure if its right or not. I have a few more questions. I thought it is more easier to give them at the same time rather than posting them 1 by 1. :)
Which of the following statements does NOT correctly describe the events following fertilization?

On the reality TV show Last Man Standing, a package is thrown from a plane to the ocean below. The contestants must swim to the package to receive the “free pass” located inside the package. The path that the package follows can be modelled by the quadratic function .dt tt 49 10 1200 2=- ++^h , where d represents the distance above the water, in metres, and t is the time, in seconds.
How long has the package been in the air when it hits the water?

Which of the following rows identifies structures responsible for maintaining the endometrium before and after implantation?
a. Before Implantation: Corpus Luteum After Implantation: Placenta. B. Before Implantation: Corpus Luteum After Implanation: Trophoblast. C: Before Implantation:Maturing Follicle After Implantion: Trophoblast. D. Before Implantation:Maturing Follicle After Implanation: Placenta. I think the answer is either B or C but I'm not 100% sure. I posted the same question but the order got messed up feel free to delete that :) And thank you for your help with my other question . Have a great day :)

Here are some events in the process of Fertilization. The correct sequence to complete the fertilization of the egg is: 1. a single sperm nucleus and a egg nucleus fuse to form a zygote. 2. Many sperm cells travel a path through the outer layer of a egg cell. 3. The eggs plasma membrane is penetrated by a sperm cell. 4. A rapid depolorization of the egg plasma membrane occurs . My answer is 2,3.4.1 but I am not 100% sure if that is even right. Help me please :) Also i have another question to ask: Some steps involved in the Process of Fertilization: 1. Zygote. 2.Morula 3.Oocyte 4.Fertilization 5. Cleavage 6.Blastocyst. The order in wihich the steps numbered above occur in the process of fertilization is. I couldn't find this answer in my textbook its not clearly written nor even online. Please get back with me whenever you can with these questions. This helps me a lot. Thank you and have a great day! The graph of the function g(x) has the same shape and direction of opening as the graph of f(x) = 3 (x-2)^2 + 9. The graph of g(x) has a vertex that is 2 units to the right and 5 units down from the vertex of the graph of f(x).
a. Determine an equation of the function g(x).
b. State the domain and range of g(x).
