The occipital lobe. It's more the final destination of sensory info for visual processing than for reflex control (the pupillary reflex occurs in the pretectal region of the midbrain)
The interneurons are used to carry information regarding light to the brain, the optic nerve and circular muscles of the iris are the parts of the body that cause the pupil to constrict, and the sensory neuron carries information to the brain from the eyes, and the motor neuron carries a response back to the eyes so they can constrict.
