Using synthetic division or graphing calculator, the zeros are: x = -5, x = -2, x = 1, and x = 3.

p(1) = (1)^4 + 3(1)^3 - 15(1)^2 - 19(1) + 30 = 0   ---->  (x-1): Factor

Using Long Devision: p(x) / (x-1) = (x^3) + 4(x^2) - 11(x) - 30 = q(x)

q(-2) = (-2)^3 + 4(-2)^2 - 11(-2) - 30 = 0 -----> (x+2): Factor

Using Long Devision: q(x) / (x+2) = (x^2) + 2x - 15 = h(x)

Using Factoring: h(x) = (x+5)(x-3)

p(x) = (x-1)(x+2)(x+5)(x-3)
