I know c and d are both true given what i have read about Y-linked in my biology 30 textbook but what about a and b? i choose a as my answer am i right?

The important thing to remember is that y only occurs on the 23rd pair of chromosomes. XX = female and XY = male. Since there is only one copy of the Y chromosome that the son receives from the father. It can never occur in genetically females (XX) and since there's only one copy it can't be deactivated so it is always expressed.
Leaving B as the answer. There is no Y link dominant or recessive traits.
