Why would dissecting a sheep's brain help you learn about the human brain

Although the sheep brain is much smaller than a human brain, there are a lot of structural similarities between the two brains, which would make a sheep brain dissection quite helpful for learning about the human brain's parts. For example, both brains have two hemispheres, two optic nerves, and have similar structures such as a cerebellum, corpus callosum.
