Canadian History and Politics

Social studies courses often focus on Canadian history and politics which many students find boring and uneventful. It is important for students to become engaged with the material. An exellent way for students to become interested in Canada past and present is by making personal connections to the events they are learning about. Students will become more involved in learning about subjects that they can relate to. Use your families history to connect in the grande scheme of Canadian history and politics.
