Math Salamanders --lots of worksheets and puzzles (don't pay attention to the grade levels, as content at each grade level is different, from country to country)

Math is Fun --For each topic, there's a brief introduction, often an online interactive demonstration, and online multiple choice questions to try. There are online games and puzzles, and a Math Trainer, for practicing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division facts--choose a speed, a total workout time, a range of numbers for the questions, and take turns answering the questions.
